Create Your Green B.E.A.N. Account
Click on “Sign-Up Now” and complete your Account Information form. Make sure to include a valid credit/debit card and delivery instructions for placement of your bin. Create your Standing Order, which consists of the Produce Bin of your choice and your Delivery Frequency. The card on your account will be charged the day you are scheduled to receive your order.
Receive Your Welcome E-mail
Once your Account Information is complete, including a Standing Order, our Customer Service team will activate your account within two business days. They will send you a welcome e-mail with your assigned delivery day as well as your first delivery date.
Customize Your Orders
You will be able to make changes to your order the weekend before each scheduled delivery. Your bin can be fully customized by selecting from a list of about 40 seasonal fruits and veggies. We offer a wide variety of groceries, many from Local Farms, for you to add to your order. You may also add a la carte produce when you need just a few more items. Make sure to get all of your changes done by Monday at noon.
Receive Your Delivery
Your order will arrive between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on your assigned delivery day. You do not need to be home to receive your delivery. Your order will be packed with insulation (and ice packs when needed). Please store your groceries as soon as possible (see our Storage Tips). Place any empty brown bags, egg cartons and ice packs back in your empty bin for pick up. We will retrieve your empty bin with liner and packaging for reuse the next time we bring an order to you.
Manage Your Delivery Schedule/Frequency
You can choose to skip a scheduled delivery or change your delivery frequency. To cancel an upcoming order, simply go to the “Delivery Schedule” of your member account. If you need to change your delivery frequency from weekly to biweekly or vice versa, please contact Customer Service. We will get these changes to your account by the next business day.

We will do our best to bring the item to you or place a credit on your account for the item.
