Ingredients
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
½ cucumber, seeded and diced
1 scallion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon finely chopped mint
½ teaspoon cumin, ground
Pinch of cayenne
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Yield:  2 cups
