Green BEAN Delivery is a fresh, new way to order your groceries online and have them delivered to your door! We offer a flexible service that gives our members a connection to many local farmers and artisans. You decide what produce and groceries you want by customizing your order.

Green BEAN Delivery is a membership-based service. In order to receive deliveries you will need to create an account. There are no sign-up or membership fees for our service. The only requirements for membership are a valid credit or debit card and a Standing Order totaling $35 or more. Your Standing Order consists of the Produce Bin you choose and the frequency of delivery, weekly or biweekly. You will have the opportunity to change and/or add to your order the weekend before you are scheduled for delivery.
Creating Your Account
In order to start receiving deliveries, you must first create your account. Your account must have a valid credit or debit card as well as a Standing Order totaling $35 or more. Your Standing Order includes the Produce Bin you choose and the frequency of delivery, weekly or biweekly. If you have any questions about creating your account, please contact Customer Service, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
When your account information is complete, your account will be activated within two business days. Our Customer Service staff will determine your delivery day based upon your location and will contact you via e-mail with your first delivery date.
Setting up your Standing Order
Your Standing Order is the produce bin you would like to receive and how often you want to receive delivery (every week or every other week). Standing Orders must total a minimum of $35. You may add groceries to your Standing Order, but it is not necessary. Some members choose to put items like milk on their Standing Orders because they know they will want to receive the item with every delivery. During the sign-up process you will be asked to complete your Standing Order. You are not making your first order. You will be able to customize your first order (adjust produce and add groceries) the weekend before your first delivery.
Customizing Your Order
Members can customize their Orders between Thursday at 3 p.m. and Monday at noon the weekend before their delivery.
On your Customize Order page you can add groceries and change the contents of your produce bin. Always check the date at the top of the Current Order page to verify that you are modifying the correct order. All changes to your order must be completed by Monday at noon. If you miss the deadline, please contact Customer Service at 314-717-1099 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or additions to orders after the deadline.
Your order must meet the $35 minimum and contain at least one Produce Bin.
Canceling an Order
You can arrange to cancel a specific order up to 12 weeks in advance online at “Delivery Schedule” when you log in to the member’s area of our web site. You may also cancel an order by contacting Customer Service at email@example.com. You must cancel your order for the upcoming week by Monday at noon. A late cancellation fee of $5 will be charged to your account if you need to cancel an order after this deadline. E-mail is a fast, convenient and eco-friendly way to communicate with our members. You can select which e-mails you would like to receive by checking your preferences at the bottom of your Account Information page. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Address Book or Safe Sender list to ensure that you receive our Reminder E-mails.
The following e-mails will be sent to keep you informed:
- Reminder E-mail (Recommended) – sent on Thursday afternoon to tell you whether or not you are scheduled for delivery next week and to remind you that the produce bins are ready for customization.
- Invoice E-mail (Highly Recommended) – sent the day before your delivery to remind you of your order
- Confirmation of Order Changes (Optional) – sent whenever you make any changes to your order

Home and Business Delivery
You can specify where to place your bin in the Delivery Instructions field on the Account Information page of your account. We recommend that you have your bin delivered to a spot that is under cover, out of sight and in the shade. Our normal delivery times are between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Due to circumstances outside of our control, such as traffic and weather, occasionally orders may be delivered slightly outside of this timeframe. All orders are delivered in a mid-sized insulated plastic bin. Insulating liners are used in the bins to keep the temperature constant, and ice packs are included to keep your perishable items cold. The bins, liners, bags, ice packs and egg cartons are reusable, so make sure you leave them out for your next delivery. We will pick up your bin and packaging when we bring your next order. This system is environmentally friendly and keeps your produce happy!
There is a $15 charge for bins, $5 charge for insulated liners and $2 charge for ice packs that are damaged or not returned.
You will be scheduled for delivery based upon your address. We deliver Tuesday through Friday every week except for weeks affected by major holidays. Delivery times are from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. Due to circumstances outside of our control, such as traffic and weather, occasionally orders may be delivered slightly outside of this timeframe.
Our warehouse is located at 1071 Cool Springs Industrial Drive O’Fallon, Missouri 63366. You can arrange to pick up your order if you live outside of our delivery area or if it is more convenient. Warehouse Pick-up is from noon until 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
Payment and Billing
Green BEAN Delivery accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit or debit cards. Your payment will be processed on the day of your delivery. If your invoice is not able to be processed, your account may be temporarily inactivated until the credit card on file is updated. Payment by personal or company check may be allowed for pre-payment only.
Your billing history is accessible online in the “Billing History” page when you log in. Please contact Customer Service if you have any billing problems or questions.
Canceling Your Membership
In order to temporarily or permanently inactivate your account, you must contact Customer Service via phone or e-mail. You can request reactivation online on your Account Information page or by giving us a call or email. You can contact Customer Service at email@example.com or 314-717-1099.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you ever have a product that is missing or poor in quality, we are happy to replace it or credit your account.
